We have no complaints. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were offered assistance and not hassled in any way. We had been looking at other cars and was almost set on a particular model of a competitor, but their finance person was secretive, rude, and was trying to convince me that I didn't need to have some of the options I wanted. I was not happy, so my husband and I went down the street to just look at some of the V\W Jetta's and that very day left with a new car. I give so much credit with the patience and help that our salesman Jason provided. He was helpful from beginning to end. This may some trivial, but it mean a lot to us to know that we were treated so special. Although the decision was already made, and we were just waiting about 15 minutes for another buyer to finish paperwork, we were hungry, skipped lunch and it was dinner time. We were offered something to drink, and some popcorn. We though it as already made, but later found out that Jason popped more popcorn just for us. It was near the end of the day and I am sure they had no plans to pop any more, but he did, just for us. It is not only the big things that makes a difference, but the small gestures that show they don't treat people like we are all the same, but all special. Jason will be a great asset to VW. He is not pushy, he is knowledgeable, he is patient, and he friendly. The entire office was top notch. Thank you. We are happy to be a part of the VW family
I was amazed at the comfort level and the rapport my husband and I were able to develop with Jason and Ricky. The ambience was extremely relaxed - I enjoyed the colorful interior with the balloons, cars, and curtain doors. Also, the fact the salesman were relaxed in t-shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes made them easier to deal with. We had been at other dealerships in the Raleigh-Durham area earlier the week before and weren't acknowledged at all during our time of looking at vehicles. However, Jason was out to talk with us within a couple of minutes of us getting out of the car. We just felt at ease with him! - Anonymous

Mike Campbell is GREAT! Because I am always so busy, he drove a car to me to look at and test drive and I am 30 miles away from the dealership. He also took necessary information from my car that I was wanting to trade in. We worked the deal on the phone and I picked the car up the next day. THAT"S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!
