Service Loaner Vehicles are available to guests whose service last three hours or more. Service Loaner Vehicles must be requested and reserved at time you schedule your appointment. (But not guaranteed.)
- The driver must be at least 21 years of age and able to produce a valid driver license, major credit card, and current insurance card. Driver must be present to sign Service Loaner Vehicle Agreement.
- Service loaners are provided for use on day(s) of service only.
- Service loaners kept past the agreed pick up time may incur possible charges.
- Service loaners are not provided for body shop repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Service loaners are not available for rental.
- Service loaner fleet consists of current model Volkswagen vehicles. However, a non-Volkswagen rental vehicle may be provided with a nominal charge to our guest if you do not qualify for free alternate transportation. A specific make and model cannot be reserved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service. Our shuttle is available during normal service hours Monday through Friday, and will take you anywhere within a 15 mile radius.
