One of the reviews states they downgraded the options between the 24-25 model years. The owner seems to have purchased a 2025 Golf R with the "Euro Style Package", which " is designed for driving purists who want a heightened experience. We’ve removed weight by taking out the standard panoramic sunroof. Please always do you research before purchasing any vehicle.…

    • Perfect car for me

By Dagot on 11/25/2023 11:11:20 PM

Dealers in my area are charging $5-7K over MSRP for the Golf R, putting it out of my reach. This is assuming you can put a deposit on a car that is "expected in" but not yet delivered. Yes, the infotainment system needs a knob because changing climate values requires interacting with the touch-screen, but it's not a deal-breaker. Just takes some getting used to. The car is perfect for daily errands and way too much fine on twisty and hilly roads. Since this is the last year for 6-speed transmissions, I'm happy to have bought a car I'm crazy about at a price that was more affordable.…
