The experience was mostly great! Sanchez was fantastic! The only thing I would say is no one greeted us when we walked in. We had to ask for a sales person. But besides that it was golden from Sanchez to financing! Thanks Leith VW!

Greeting could have been more friendly. It would be nice if tire rotation could have been done at this same time.. However, I was told that they would not combine coupons. Hence, I will schedule another app't to return to have the tires rotated.
