The staff is great and appreciate the accommodation of my schedule. Providing Uber to drive me home after dropping my car and also to pick me up from home when the car was ready was above expectation and I appreciate it. The only thing that could be improved is using any kind of protection to the floor mats when servicing the car. When I got the car, the mat was not clean and had to do some cleanup myself even though I just cleaned it before dropping the car to the shop.

Your online system of a video by the technician, showing the parts that need replacing, the repair estimate, and the ability to approve and pay online is brilliant. First time there (the previous owner bought and had it serviced there), and now I will go no place else.

The customer service delivered by Maya’s service was exactly the way it should be. Maya, was friendly, engaging and helped me. She reported the rear brakes needed to be replaced and got it worked out. I appreciated her knowledge and help.
