    I was to NC for a family gathering and my AC stopped working on the drive up. Leith fit me in while I was in town to fix the issue. The video sent to me was so very helpful to “see” what was going on. The VW dealership in my hometown worked on the same issue for years and never resolved the problem. Leith VW showed me the exact issue and repaired it in a timely manner. My car is working better than it has in years thanks to Cary, LEITH VW.

    The customer service was good but my overall issue was not solved but they are attempting to fix it. It has to do with the phone connection and callers not being able to hear me.

    I brought my ID for in to address several recall issues . Once again, the software could not be updated after leaving it there all day. This is a continuing problem with this vehicle. Additionally, understand the parts necessary were not available.
