    The team is wonderful! Maya was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I really appreciated the video from the service tech showing my car in the process of being serviced, and appreciate the waiting area where I could get work done in a quiet area while waiting, and enjoyed the “VW museum”

    My service supervisor was Tony. Right off the bat he was rude. I had 4 issues and when I was telling him the issues he was showing no interest and I could visibly see he was frustrated. At one point he said “We only do diagnosis from Monday to Friday 9-4 so you have to prioritize which ones need to be diagnosed today.” I never heard any service advisor say this before. As a customer, shouldn’t I tell them what issues I have been facing? Before owning a VW I owned a Honda and the service advisor gave me so much time to discuss the issues and how much time it would take. They even gave me a loaner vehicle as they told me it was gonna take them some time to get everything fixed. But from my experience with VW, it felt like he was doing me a favor just by listening to what I was telling him. After that he told me my vehicle was not a certified pre owned. I clearly know it is a certified pre owned vehicle. I had to take it to the sales department and had to talk to the sales manager to get it sorted out. Truly unprofessional behavior from tony and the service department.
