Not my best visit. Had our 30k service + brake flush/fluid replaced + state inspection. It took 4 hours! I guess lunch got in the way. And much pricier than previous visits. Unclear if tire rotation and psi check occurred - psi not at proper level once home and checked. And, when will you have a proper car wash service like most well run Dealerships? So, how’s business? While waiting for many hours in the far corner of the Showroom, I had a chance to observe the Sales Staff - Mid day on a Tuesday working at a constant thumbing of their IPhones or an occasional call via speaker phone for all to hear. Now that my 5 yr. warranty is up , I’ll be staying local for future service.
