    Little communication, I called after several days and the car was ready but no one had called, the loaner car was FILTHY - dog hair, seats and floor covered with debris, windshield dirty. Small scratch above door handle upon pick up (didn't notice until I got home and this is a brand new car!) No compensation for this new vehicle having to be back at the dealership for almost a week right after purchase because CarNet would not work. Mixed up my account with my daughter in laws VW account, service department seemed annoyed and unfriendly.

    Had a great experience with my car this past weekend and today. I think it's worth mentioning that I felt taken care of when it came to my vehicle. My rear brakes needed to be replaced and I had limited time between now and when I am moving out of state. Maya was able to squeeze me in for a new set of brakes on top of getting a discount for the repair. Much appreciated.
