I really like the system they use to update you. It is nice to get the video link, via text, where the mechanic explains what he is seeing and doing, and shows you what he is seeing as he explains. That, plus the ability to text updates, approval for additional repairs / work is very work friendly as I can send of a quick response after watching a video between meetings which is helpful when time is tight.
