Two employees, one whom I have dealt with before and the service manager, were wonderful. However, when I arrived and asked for the contact I was told to ask for upon arriving, the service person who I initially dealt withwas incredibly rude accusing me of being responsible for the reason my car had to be towed to the dealership the night before.

Dealer did not have replica replacement tires. Replaced with a less expensive tire and the tire and rim was left with excess product. I have emailed twice asking about the issue and have not received a reply.
