    The service tech was fine- he did great. The problem is that I have now taken my car in TWICE in the past week to fix an issue causing my check engine light to come on. First time the fix didnt work so they ordered parts and tried again the next week but the light came on the very next day again. It is frustrating because it is very hard to take time off work to come and sit and wait for hours even once, now I will have to do it three times! I wish VW could fix the problem right and this has made me feel negative about owning another VW- so many issues.

    Although I had to wait months for the recall to be addressed, once scheduled - everything was perfect. I was provided an uber to/from work. My car was ready when promised. My only input would be to offer the car wash service as other competitors do.

    Andrew was very familiar with each of the issues I had that day, which included an existing recall and a flat battery. The appointment interface on the web was a bit wonky, but they accepted the car as a drop-off during the day before the appointment and had it ready to go before its scheduled appointment time even started.

    This is my second time at this dealership for service and both times I've had issues unfortunately. The first time I was overcharged and the bill couldn't be corrected so the service consultant gave me a free rotate and balance card to use at my next service - a service I explained to him that was worthless to me because I have free rotation and balance at Just Tires for purchasing my tires there. He said that was all he could do unfortunately. On my most recent trip, everything went well until he showed me the visual vehicle inspection report. Specifically, the remaining brake lining, which was 10mm in the front and 7mm in the rear. At my last service in September 2022, they were at 4mm in the front and 8mm in the rear. The vehicle has never had its brakes serviced. I told the service consultant I was surprised to see the brakes got thicker in 2 years and he just said maybe they were wrong the last time I was there. Not a huge deal as I can check them myself, but it's kind of what I paid them for as it's included in the service. Probably more important is that it leaves me wondering about the quality of the rest of the service I received (or didn't receive).

    The reason why I chose this rating is because the service was very professional, and respectful. The representative even apologize about parking my car in the rain after my service was completed. By the representative apologizing it showed me that this dealership have high respect for all their customers.
