    my experience was terrific. Everybody was polite, courteous, and experts at their job jobs. DARRIUS was my sales person, Vance was a sales manager that day and was terrific courteous and a total professional. I signed my documents with Mary who was a sweetheart big smile courteous knew her job and wonderful to work with.

    I worked as a service advisor. I know seeing customers everyday is not amusing. I tried to cheer up Maya but she did not wanna be there. She ended up leaving during my service and handed my concerns to another advisor and really did not translate all my requests. Not upset by any means just disappointed a bit coming from the line of business

    terrific dealership. From the top (Vance) sales manager on duty to Darrius my salesperson to the wonderful finance manager (Mary)all were exceptional. BMW, Porsche, Mercedes could all take a lesson from Leith VW in Cary, NC. The process was fast, fair and handled by all involved top notch. I can't say enough how terrific everyone was. I do not like going to car dealers. The game for most is the same as it was when I purchased my first car in 1970. No games here, just great people!!!!!!
