I give 5 stars to the service at this dealership. Service agents are sweet and nice. I have been there couple of times and every time, great experience. This dealership never tried to wrong estimate instead tries to save customer money. I respect that and keep going and thanks for the giving me nice experience and will keep coming back 😁

I worked with Eduard, and he was nothing but professional, understanding, and persistent. I have a habit of forgetting to follow up/through with things like this, and Eduard kept me on task and updated me on all the costs/features/deals I would qualify for. By the time I got the dealership, it was just test-driving and finalizing paperwork and then my car was ready to go and I drove it off the lot. I have always had good service from Volkswagen dealerships (this is my 4th VW car) and Leith did not disappoint!

Chrissy was knowledgeable about the Jetta and answered all our questions. The test drive was excellent and that it covered variety of driving conditions. Chrissy was kind and more importantly, not pushy. She is it true gem.

I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I knew I was going to be spending around $2k in maintenance and asked about a loaner so I could put my car in for service on Thursday night and pick up Friday afternoon. I had a meeting I had to be at at 1100 on Friday. Was told a loaner was not an option. I switched my appointment to Monday at 1100. I dropped off my car the night before. By 4:09pm, I still had not heard anything about my car. I had a 3.5 hour drive home since I bring my car over from the Outer Banks since there is not a VW dealer. I just do not think I will make the effort to have my car serviced here again. Because my service was so rushed, I didn’t feel confident in the work which gave me anxiety driving home.

The salesman experience was wonderful. Very easy to talk and review the selections and features of vehicles and was able to easily able to finalize on a price. The finance person was very aggressive and pushy, and what felt quite shady. Only offering a 4.99% rate when adding on an extended warranty. Otherwise telling me that I only qualified for almost 3/4 rate higher (8.99%). I ended up just signing so I could get out of there! Between waiting for finance to be available and when I ended up signing it had taken an hour and fourty-five minutes. Excruciating.
