I paid for a diagnostic for my vehicle and they said I needed spark plugs needed to be replaced. No problem I paid for them to be replaced and two days later check engine light back on. Brought back to dealership they said I have to go to shell gas station. Check engine light flashing. Trip back to Volkswagen for another diagnostic now they are suggesting for me to replace the cylinder head. They not sure weather that’s going to fix the problem I’m having its just a prediction. I’m very disappointed. My vehicle is paid off.

I think the service is over priced. $127 for an oil change is insane. Then I paid $220 for a oil change, tire rotation, and inspection and didn’t even get a car wash or a vehicle report card telling me if anything needed attention or how my brakes & tires, or battery or anything else was wearing down.
