Its really sad that only after working with NCDMV that I have found out that my state inspection was never done and then was told I didn't make it clear that it was needed. I have NEVER had to specify that even prior appointments with Volkswagen. I look forward to returning my lease in 2025. They almost charged me $300 more than I spent due to their rates being incorrect on their calculator for maintenance services - this happened two times. When I got there to check in and then on the phone when they say I needed new breaks.
Later when I called about never having my state inspection done I was clearly mad and they could care less. Honestly why would I want to be a customer of Volkswagen? I thought this is suppose to be a premium car company? I know they may wear tie dye but does that mean you get to care less?

I was having an issue with my car. I called and was able to be seen right away. Because of my situation, I feel like the team handling my issue went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and not left stranded searching for a ride home.

This is my third VW. Brandon the sales guy was awesome. I saw him at a restaurant with his VW shirt on discussed my desire for a reasonable priced SUV. He gave me his contact information and kept in touch. We made an appointment and He was very patient and informative and we test drove a few models. He made me feel really comfortable and there was no pressure at all. I drove away that evening with my new VW.
