My vehicle was in the shop for 10 weeks. This was due, to the catalog not having the correct part number for the cable that was needed. This caused excessive delays in ordering the correct part. Apparently this mistake in the catalog has been known for some time, however, no one seems to want to take the time to correct it. Furthermore, the communication between the dealer and me was none existent. I had to constantly call to find out what going on. This is not acceptable and and I am embarrassed as a German-American, that VW AG has become so bad.

Was able to drop vehicle off a day early which made it more convenient. Also took advantage of the buy 3 get 1 tire for a dollar. Checked air filters and made recommendations.

Service dept person who checked us in didn’t like where we parked so she had us go back out and retrieve our vehicle and bring to an already overcrowded service area. Poor call

Maya was super helpful and even though I was so stressed, she took care of my issue in a really timely fashion and made sure the folks there gave me some education so I know how to better take care of my VW.
