The dealership was offering a buy 3 get one free tire deal. However, they put my tires on but the tech couldn’t stay to align them. None of the other techs were willing to do it. I have to go back for an additional visit to have the new tires aligned. That is very inconvenient as I live 45 minutes away.

Although spending 4 hours at the dealership, the technician was unable to replicate of find a problem. On the way home I experienced: 1. Rattles in both front doors that I was wanting to be eliminated. 2. The radio/navigation unit froze up again. the following morning on initial startup, the radio came on but display was blank. I rebooted the unit and the display was visible. 3. I have had to reboot the unit twice more since then.
