    First of all, I want to say that Stephen, my advisor, was incredible and has been each time I’ve been there. The reason for the lower score is the fact that I had an appointment at 8am which I arrived and got the car dropped off. I was initially told, Estimated, it would be done mid day which was fine. I had to call to get an update around 3pm and my car hadn’t even been started yet. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to start working on it until almost the end of the day? I ended up just going back to the dealership around 4 something as I was under the impression it would be done around 530ish. I ended up sitting there until 630pm. Again, what’s the point of an 8am appointment? They had my car for over 10hrs to do a recall. INSANE and ridiculous! The other issue is that’s there no other VWs in the area so unfortunately we are stuck with Leith. Stephen did keep me updated and also sucked that he had to stay past his time because again, they had my car for over 10hrs!

    I had a scheduled appt for Thurs at 2:30. I got a rental that same day as my ins covers it if the vehicle will be there longer than 2 hours. They didn't bother looking at my car until Friday morning. No apology, no nothing, just said "they didn't get to it". I did not get reimbursed for that day and I'm extremely upset. When we arrived to pick it up, they couldn't find my car, my keys, or my paperwork. I asked to speak to a Manager they said he'd be in on Monday. Again, told me they get behind sometimes and didn't get to it when I questioned them. Very poor customer service all around. I will add, the car was towed on Tues, so it sat there for 2 full days before the scheduled appt. I had planned to trade my car in at your dealership for an upgraded VW from the Tiquan. Because of this ordeal where clearly your staff doesn't care about their customers, I've decided to either go to the Raleigh one, or trade it in at another dealership.

    As usual, customer service and mechanical service at Leith Volkswagen's service center is excellent. I have been bringing my Tiguan here since moving to the area in 2022, and I have never experienced anything less than the best in both categories.
