Communication lacking when sub-contractors are involved. We had a windshield replaced by Ultimate Glass. They (Ultimate Glass) made it clear that our comprehensive insurance would cover the windshield replacement (which they did on site) and the recalibration charge ($431). Ultimate glass would pay Leith the $431 when they filed the claim. When we went to pick up the car, we were made to pay the $431 before we could get the car. Leith did eventually recognize the error and remit what we paid, but it was a pain....could have been avoided. Other than that, service was fine.

Customer service was nonexistent. Technician was great and provided video update. Was told one hour for the oil change, it took over 2 hours.
